efficiently, from start to finish. JIM is a web-enabled electronic resource
that manages all the information related to your project, which can be accessed
from any PC, anywhere.
JIM
assists Account Managers – who understand the ins and outs of print – to
produce detailed project specifications and prices. It also allows them to
liaise with both internal and external suppliers, to ensure that we’ve sourced
the correct product and the best possible price.
Using
JIM, we’re able to plan the most complex of projects – it even provides us with
reminders of key dates, to ensure items are delivered on time. We’re also able
to send communications from JIM, so that any one of our account team can access
key information at any time.
In
addition, JIM allows for the transfer artwork to us, so there’s no more FTP
files to worry about … and when you want to place an order for a new or past
job, it can be accessed it quickly and easily.
